To our valued TRC customers,
We hope that this note finds you
and your employees safe, well,
and healthy. As
COVID-19 continues to create
uncertainty across our country
and in our industry, TRC
continues to focus on its twin
objectives of keeping our
employees safe and healthy AND
continuing to service the
trucking industry which is
essential to keeping our Country
moving. We have
been blessed to offer our
employees a clean environment in
which to work and continue to
taking increasing precautions to
maintaining their safety and
well-being. In turn, our
employees have provided us the
privilege of continuing to keep
our 28 location open and ready
to serve you, our heroic and
patriotic customers.
Our plan is to continue serving you
each day as we work
through the unprecedented
challenges of a Coronavirus
world. We recognize the
importance to our Country of
keeping trucks on
the road to deliver essential
goods to people in your areas
and beyond.
We are pleased to continue to
report that as of today, we are
not seeing any disruptions in
our supply chain, including
production, domestic shipping,
and warehouse operations.
Nothing is more important than
supporting our customers AND
maintaining the health and
safety of our employees and our
customers. We are emphasizing to
each TRC employee the need to
act responsibly by practicing
social distancing, wearing
masks, and gloves, and using
good judgement both at our
places of business and when
visiting your places of
business. We will also stay the
course with our additional step
of closing our Branch locations
to walk-in traffic. Our
Branches are still fully staffed
to answer calls and take
orders. We will continue to
provide curbside service for our
customers who need to pick items
up. Thank you for
understanding. Our TRC Team
stands ready to support you.
In closing, please know that our
thoughts and prayers are with
you, your families, your staff,
your communities, and
our Country as we chart
uncharted territory. Together,
we will all persevere and
be stronger as a result.
